2. Overview

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (e.g. name, email address, IP address).

3. Hosting and server log files

When you visit this website, our server automatically collects and stores technical information in log files (IP address, date and time of the request, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL). This data is required to deliver the website reliably and securely and is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log data is not merged with other data sources and is deleted after a short retention period.

4. Contact form and email contact

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, the data you provide (name, email address, message) is processed solely to handle your inquiry and possible follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and, where applicable, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We retain inquiry data only as long as necessary to process your request or as required by statutory retention obligations.

5. Website analysis tool ("Free AI & Automation Audit")

If you submit a website URL through our analysis tool, publicly available content of that website is retrieved and processed by AI language-model services acting as our processors in order to generate an automation report. If you optionally provide an email address, we use it exclusively to send you the generated report and to follow up on your interest in our services (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR). Please only submit URLs you are authorized to have analyzed.

6. AI chat assistant

Our website offers an AI chat assistant. Messages you enter are transmitted to AI language-model providers acting as our processors in order to generate responses. Conversations may be stored temporarily for quality and abuse-prevention purposes. Please do not enter sensitive personal data into the chat. The legal basis is your consent expressed by actively using the chat (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

7. Analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity)

This website uses Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.) to analyze usage behavior (pages visited, interactions, approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, device information). These services may use cookies and similar technologies. The information generated is generally transmitted to servers of the respective provider and may be transferred to third countries (e.g. the USA) on the basis of the EU standard contractual clauses / adequacy decisions.

You can object to this processing at any time, e.g. by using browser settings or add-ons that block these services (such as the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on) or by disabling cookies in your browser.

8. Your rights

You have the right to obtain information about your personal data processed by us (Art. 15 GDPR), as well as the right to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.

9. Data retention and security

We store personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law, and we protect it with appropriate technical and organizational measures (e.g. TLS encryption of this website).
